3 Step Emotion Guide
This guide helps you pause, understand, and respond to your emotions intentionally. Follow the three steps to manage feelings, make thoughtful decisions, and stay balanced in any situation. 1. Pause & Breathe Notice your emotion, take deep breaths, and if needed, remove yourself from the situation. 2. Research, Plan, Decide Look at what’s happening, gather information, consider your options, and choose the best response. 3. Execute & Process Carry out your choice while honoring your feelings, observing how it feels, and adjusting if needed.
