Wrap Up
This game aims to help players find ways to answer the first question of the Resilience Meter, (How could this be worse?) and begin to see that their situation is not as bad as it could be. It also helps to combat the cognitive distortion of catastrophizing. By going down the path of absurdity, laughter will ensue, and players will be able to see that, even though their situation may not be ideal, it could always be worse.
