Adding a Clause to an Existing Contract

Contract Clauses are note classes, configured by your system administrator, added to a contract to allow you to include additional contractual statements, while still being able to use a more general document template for the main contract document. When adding a clause to an existing contract, you can:

  • Add a new clause
  • Copy a clause from another contract
