When the required elements, including the necessary template documents, have been configured, creating a contract for an event is simple and highly automated. When creating a contract consider that:

• While bookings and orders can be added and edited once the contract is created, it helps to also have those finalized as best you can prior to creating the contract.

• Contracts can only include details and orders for one (1) event. Consider using Contract Groups to group together contracts for multiple, related events.
