In the picture, we can see two people sitting at a table. Facing forward, there is a woman who appears to be a teacher and she is dressed formally. In front of her, there is a young man who seems to be a student. They are in an office with a table, shelves, and books. It looks like they are discussing a serious topic, for example, reviewing and exam.
Some reasons why a student might ask for a meeting with a teacher are...

- Have a tutorial in which the teacher gives feedback.
- Ask for guidance about the academic future of the student.
- Ask for advice on how to do better in class.
- Discuss behaviour or performance of the student.
- Resolve a conflict between students.
