Collage Making
A dear friend of mine introduced me to collage making. We were able to make some together before she moved away, and ever since then, I've loved it. I find collage-making super relaxing because you can create whatever you want. I use old magazines I find, but anything can be turned into a collage. I also love that it doesn't need any fancy art supplies. Just paper, scissors, and some glue sticks!
Digital Art
I used to watch artists on YouTube make digital art, but I never thought I was good enough to do it myself. When I found out that I could make my own illustrations for articles I wrote, I felt I should give it a try. It's so fun to play with different brushes and textures, and it's easier to test whether colors work together and adjust them if they don't.
Junk Journaling
I'm a very sentimental person. This year, I started junk journaling to save bits and pieces of my everyday life. I'm able to write, draw, and use as many colors as I want. I find it really fun since each page can turn out completely different from the one before.
