On me décrit souvent comme quelqu'un de discrète.Pourtant, mettez-moi devant un groupe, et la machine s’emballe ! J’adore débattre d'idées et, surtout, transmettre. Ce qui m'anime ? Ce petit déclic dans le regard de l'autre quand une notion devient claire ou qu'une solution apparaît. Mon parcours a commencé avec un Bac ST2S et une certitude : je voulais être utile aux autres. Je me suis donc naturellement dirigée vers les soins infirmiers. Mais la réalité du terrain m'a vite appris une leçon précieuse : si ma vocation d'aider était intacte, je voulais le faire par la pédagogie plutôt que par le soin clinique. Je voulais aider les individus à devenir acteurs de leur propre progression, plutôt que de me limiter aux soins cliniques. Pour affiner mon projet, j'ai choisi le BTS Support à l'Action Managériale. Ce cadre généraliste a été mon laboratoire d'idées. C'est lors de mon alternance au sein du groupe SNCF (pôle QSE - Service Formation) que les pièces du puzzle se sont assemblées. En côtoyant des formateurs, j'ai compris que mon terrain de jeu se situait à la croisée de l'humain et de la transmission.
