Sign into the Client Portal

When you enter the Client Portal, you will find two buttons at the top:

• View Preferences: allows you to change how the Portal information is displayed, as seen by the executors, by selecting country, institution, and other filters.
• Fiduciary Processes: allows you to access the fiduciary modules, where you can take action on procurement management and view the financial transactions management.

Click the corresponding button according to the action you need to perform.

Language

You will be able to select the language in which the information is presented.

Country

Select the country where the wallet or operation you wish to review is located

Institute

Based on the filters selected earlier, a dropdown list of institutions will appear for selection.

Please note that for liaison profile, you will not need to select an institution.

Profile

This filter will provide relevant information about the operation for the selected profile.
