If you need to resend an expired invitation…

Please, follow the guide How to perform a search for a BP that will detail the actions needed to perform the search and check the status of the BP.

Possible scenarios:a. If the old vendor was migrated without contact persons, and no one can update the record in the BPP, please search for the new BP number and resend an invitation to the registered contact. If the contact is inactive, follow the steps to add a new contact person.b. If you sent an invitation and the person did not take action, you will see the status of the invitation as expired in the Business Partner Report. In these cases, you may resend the invitation and must search by email.c. If the expired invitation is for one of the contact persons of a previously registered BP, you can resend the invitation by locating it by BP number or email interchangeably.

Through the search for a BP, you will be able to resend invitations. It is the same access you can follow by clicking on the tile: Resend Invitation to Business Partner - Expired Inv. / Migrated.

Click the Add Business Partner button to enter the BP number or Email.

Once the search field is displayed, enter the BP Number or email address.The system will search for matches and display a list as you enter the information. Check the BP number in Search or the Email used in the Invitation.

Choose the contact person from the list to receive the invitation.

In the next section, you can add the email of another internal IDB person to receive notification of the registration process.

You will automatically receive update notifications, so there's no need to include your own email in this section.
