Academic affairs department notifies the student in writing and invites them to a meeting

A disciplinary committee is formed to study the issue and decide whether a sanction should be imposed

If a sanction is imposed, the disciplinary committee’s report is added to the student’s file, and the Academic Affairs Department follows up to ensure the sanction is applied (except for expulsion, which can only be decreed by the Board of Directors)

Student may appeal the decision to the Science Department
