The student, the Academic Affairs Department, and the Science Department sign a written agreement
The disciplinary committee hears all witnesses it deems to call and deliberates the issue
At the request of the Science Department, the Student Services and Research Committee reviews the file
The Science Department confirms the decision
The Academic Affairs Department follows up to ensure the sanction is applied
If a sanction is imposed, the disciplinary committee’s report is added to the student’s file, and the Academic Affairs Department follows up to ensure the sanction is applied (except for expulsion, which can only be decreed by the Board of Directors)
Student may appeal the decision to the Science Department
