Before Kick Off, CSP to raise an alert if
- The customer-defined scope is unrealistic
- Timelines or expectations create delivery or adoption risks
This ensures risks are addressed before formal commitment.
The implementation scope, timeline, objectives, and governance model are reviewed and validated with the customer.
Go-Live objectives are defined together with the customer and documented.
Customers are strongly encouraged to leverage full support during implementation to:
- Roll out to the largest possible user base
Early adoption increases long-term value and reduces post–go-live friction.
