eFielding Menu

The eFielding menu, located in the top-left corner of the dashboard, acts as the primary navigation hub for managers.

Many of the tools used daily—such as onboarding, assigning, communications, and reporting—are launched from the eFielding Menu. Click the eFielding Menu above to explore each available tool. Use the audio player below to play/pause narration.
The eFielding Menu, located in the top-left corner of the dashboard, acts as the primary navigation hub for managers. Many of the tools are used daily.
Select each (+) icon to explore where each menu option takes you and how it supports your daily management workflows. Start with "Overview".
From the eFielding menu, selecting Overview will return you directly to the Main Dashboard—your central hub for monitoring field activity, service order completion, and rep reporting status. Use this option anytime you need to quickly reset your view, refocus on weekly performance, or navigate back to your primary management workspace.
The Markets Tab provides a high-level view of your territory’s performance and coverage. Monitor rep assignments, workload distribution, compliance, and unstaffed locations, as well as access reports and the interactive Map View to support planning and capacity management.

Assign / Reassign opens the workspace where you manage service order coverage. Here, you can assign, reassign, confirm, or void service orders to ensure the right rep is staffed on the right job and able to see it in their portal, keeping work on schedule and properly reported.

Team Config opens the workspace where you manage territory staffing and requisitions. You can assign reps to positions, monitor staffing status, update rep classifications, and support the hiring and onboarding workflow. This ensures your territory structure and future service order assignments are aligned and accurate.

To access Issue Timesheets, select Issue Timesheets from the eFielding dropdown menu. The Issue Timesheets window displays all representatives who have reported a timesheet-related issue, allowing you to review, investigate, and take action as needed.

The Search Bar, located in the top-right corner of the dashboard, is one of the fastest ways to navigate within 360. The same search functionality is also accessible through the eFielding menu. This feature is especially valuable when responding to questions in real time or investigating reporting and compliance issues.

Reports in 360 support informed decision-making by providing visibility into onboarding progress, rep quality, workload capacity, and completion trends. While reports can sometimes be accessed from dashboards or alerts, the eFielding menu provides a consistent starting point for reporting.

Markets Overview

A high-level snapshot of your territory performance and market alignment. This is especially useful for territory planning, balancing rep capacity, and ensuring your market is fully and properly staffed.

Reports

Many commonly used reports can be launched directly from the eFielding menu, including onboarding, quality, and capacity reports.

Issue Timesheets

You can open the individual timesheet to see the reported problem,contact the rep directly using the email option, and document any actions taken.
