Design Thinking
Design thinking is a people-focused way of solving problems. It starts with understanding users and their needs before creating solutions. The process encourages empathy, creativity, and testing ideas, allowing solutions to improve through feedback and learning.

Empathy
The empathize stage focuses on understanding the users, their needs, and their experiences. The goal is to see the problem from the user’s perspective rather than making assumptions.
This stage often involves: Observing users Conducting interviews Asking open-ended questions Gathering real-world insights By developing empathy, designers gain a deeper understanding of the real problem.

Define
In the define stage, the information gathered during the empathize phase is analyzed and organized to clearly identify the core problem.
Designers create a focused problem statement that reflects the users’ needs. A good problem statement is user-centered and specific, guiding the design process toward meaningful solutions.

Ideate
The ideate stage is where creative thinking takes place. Designers generate many possible ideas and solutions without judging them too early. The goal is to explore a wide range of possibilities before choosing the best solution.
Continue
Prototype
During the prototype stage, designers build simple, low-cost versions of their ideas to make them tangible and testable. Prototypes do not have to be perfect they are meant to quickly explore how a solution might work.
Continue
Testing
In the test stage, prototypes are evaluated with real users to gather feedback. Designers observe how users interact with the solution and identify what works and what needs improvement.
Testing often leads to refining the design or revisiting earlier stages, making the process continuous and iterative.
