First aid is the immediate help given to an injured or suddenly injured person before professional medical assistance arrives.
First Aid Kit (Essential Items)
P.A.S.
P - Protect: Ensure that the area is safe. A - Alert: call emergency services. S - Support (Assist): Help the injured person.

2. HOW TO DEAL WITH AN ACCIDENT
Steps- Ensure safety
- Check consciousness
- Check breathing
- Call emergency services
- Provide help

3. COMPLETE AIRWAY OBSTRUCTION (ASPHYXIA)
Phases Mild obstruction: person can cough → encourage coughing Severe obstruction: cannot breathe or speak → immediate action
Abdominal Thrust (Heimlich Maneuver)- Stand behind the person
- Place fist above the navel
- Grab fist with other hand
- Push inward and upward repeatedly
- Continue until object comes out
