Synopsis
In Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Harry goes on the run with Ron and Hermione to stop Voldemort. Hunted by dark forces, they face danger, secrets, and impossible choices. This final adventure is about courage, friendship, and growing up.
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows
Trace écrite:
In this extract Harry and his friends are trapped in the Malfoy Manor. Thanks to the help of Dobby they are able to escape by teleporting away. But when they appear, Dobby dies after saying just two words “Harry...Potter…”. This dramatic scene is emphasized by the use of few poetic words, saying less to suggest more. Dying with your friend, under the stars is a noble way to die.
Trapped = emprisonnés

What are the differences with the text ?
In the text the takes place during the night whereas in the movie it is daytime. Dobby speaks more in the movie than in the text. In the movie Harry is right next to his friends, in the text they are a bit further. In the text they are on solid earth whereas in the movie they are on a beach. In the movie we don’t see Griphook. And we see Luna when there is no mention of her in the text.
whereas = alors que further = plus loin
Why did they modify the characters ?

Why did they modify the characters ?
They made these changes because filming during the night is complicated, the beach is a much more dramatic setting than regular earth and having a friend by Harry’s side when Dobby dies is more logical to give the scene more emotion.
