Position : Pied opposé à la raquette devant. On tient le volant par les plumes, bras tendu sur le côté.Le geste "Cuillère" : Un grand mouvement de balancier du bras arrière vers l'avant.Contenu technique : On cherche à fouetter le volant avec le poignet en fin de geste pour qu'il monte très haut (cloche) et retombe au fond du terrain adverse.Objectif : Forcer l'adversaire à reculer dès le début de l'échange.

Le Retour de service (La riposte) La posture : Jambes fléchies, raquette haute devant le nez (on ne l'attend pas en bas !). Sur service long : On se déplace vite pour frapper un dégagé ou un amorti. Sur service court : On avance d'un grand pas pour prendre le volant au-dessus du filet. Contenu technique : On utilise un geste court, sans grand élan, pour diriger le volant dans un espace vide.

Le Dégagé (Fond de court à fond de court) Position : Corps de profil, le bras libre montre le volant pour viser. L'armé : La raquette descend dans le dos (comme si on voulait se gratter entre les omoplates). La frappe : On lance la raquette vers le haut, bras tendu au-dessus de l'épaule. Action technique : Rotation des épaules. L'épaule qui frappe doit finir devant l'autre. C'est tout le corps qui pousse le volant, pas juste le bras.

Le Revers
Le Revers (Le coup "Dos au filet") La prise : On place le pouce à plat sur la partie large du manche (prise "bouton-poussoir"). Placement : On fait un grand pas (fente) vers le volant en tournant le dos au filet. L'action : On monte le coude vers le volant, puis on déplie l'avant-bras d'un coup sec. Contenu technique : C'est le pouce qui pousse sur le manche pour donner la force.

Le SMASH
Le Smash (L'attaque) Point d'impact : Contrairement au dégagé, on frappe le volant bien devant soi. Le geste "Coup de fouet" : Une accélération brutale et courte de la main au moment du contact. Contenu technique : La tête de raquette doit basculer vers le bas très vite pour que la trajectoire soit descendante. Placement : On vise les couloirs latéraux pour que l'adversaire ne puisse pas toucher le volant sans plonger.

L'Amorti de fond (La feinte) L'intention : Faire croire à un dégagé (même préparation haute) pour surprendre. Le geste "Freiné" : Juste avant de toucher le volant, on ralentit la vitesse de la raquette. Contenu technique : On vient "pousser" le volant doucement. Le bras accompagne le mouvement sans brusquerie. Objectif : Le volant doit franchir le filet de justesse et retomber devant la ligne de service adverse.
