the walking man
One of Giacometti's most famous work is "The Walking Man." It is a bronze statue of a man in the middle of a step. He is very thin and has very long legs. The man is not running; he is walking slowly but with determination. Many people think this statue represents hope. It shows that human beings are strong and never stop, even during difficult times.
