We are a college based in essex and specialise in a variety of programmes for all types of learners. With two different campuses on moulshum street and princes road, Both colleges offers T levels, apprenticeships,vocational courses,and a range of adult learning programmes.With a number of courses to choose from, Chelmsford College will have a course enabling you to progress either professionally, personally, or both.
Learner Support & Wellbeing
The Learner Support and Wellbeing Team provide a range of specialist support to learners to help remove barriers to learning as well as providing advice on well-being, financial hardship or personal issues you are experiencing.
Our Learner Engagement Officers can support you directly or signpost you to services that can help. Young carers are young people who provide regular and on-going care to another person. Our Learner Engagement Officers will be a key contact for you during your time at College and to help you overcome any difficulties you may be facing.
Help with College Costs
If money worries are making it harder for you to study, we’ve got support available. Our bursary funds can help with things like meals, travel, kits and uniforms, essential trips, books, childcare and other essential course costs if your household income is below £35,000.
If you previously received Free School Meals, you may also get a daily meal allowance added to your college card.
Please speak to our Learner Engagement Officers who can support you with completing an application form or answer any queries.
