1. Lead Specialists → SDRs Your former Lead Specialist roles have officially transitioned into Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). There is one SDR per region, all reporting to Laurence. 2. Core SDR Responsibilities Nurture Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) Virtual solutions BLS product line (Recessies, Littles, etc.) Skills trainers - which also covers the low fideltiy manikins 3. Full Ownership of K–12 Market SDRs will take complete responsibility for the K‑12 space. This frees up TM capacity for more complex, long-cycle sales. 4. Purpose of the SDR Shift Reduce workload on Territory Managers Improve responsiveness for simpler segments Drive growth in key product lines Strengthen nurturing systems for leads
