Fall Submission Review

While reviewing HKH Scorecard Task #1, HQ Nutrition Team noted a high number of campuses were not meeting criteria.What We Observed During Fall Review:

1. The most common issue was missing the signed Training Huddle Sign-In Sheet from the HKH Submission Folder.
2. Some training materials did not consistently reference all required Task #1 components.

Fall Decision:

• To account for these inconsistencies, points were granted for Fall submissions.

Spring Semester Updates

• For Spring submissions, Task #1 will be reviewed using updated and clarified expectations.
• Resources for Task #1 have been updated to clearly list all required components.
• The Task #1 Summary PDF now explicitly includes the Training Huddle Sign-In Sheet as a requirement.
• Messaging has been aligned to avoid future confusion.

Submission Instructions

Meal Appeal Checklist:

1. Upload the completed Meal Appeal Checklist to your campus folder.
2. Upload the Training Huddle Sign-In Sheet to your campus folder.

FSS Survey:

• HQ Nutrition Team will track survey completion by campus.
• No document upload is required.
• If your FSS completed the survey last semester → no action needed.
• If not completed → please ensure it is done by May 8, 2026.

HKH Task 9: Alliance For A Healthier Generation (AHG)

Alliance for a Healthier Generation (AHG)

*The Alliance for a Healthier Generation (AHG) application is now available!*

• Campus Health Aides lead submission and coordinate with CNP & PE on the AHG application.
• Applications must be submitted through the Healthier Generation Action Center no later than Tuesday, April 14, 2026.

HKH Submission:

• Upload copies/proof of AHG CNP task documentation into your campus folder.
• Due: May 8, 2026 by 5pm.

Call to Action:

• 1. If your Campus Health Aide has not yet reached out, CMs/CAMs are encouraged to connect with their Health Aide for support and coordination throughout the application process.
• 2. If your campus does not have a Health Aide, please communicate with your RM and/or Nutrition Support Partner.
