Zoom

Moodle

I can’t find the Zoom link to watch the live session.

I can’t log in to Moodle.

I forgot my Moodle password.

The instructor posted a link on the course site to a recording hosted on Zoom, but when I try to access it, it says the recording does not exist.

I can’t see my course on Moodle.

The course is marked as unavailable to students.

I can’t find the lecture recordings.

Panopto

The instructor gave me an additional submission attempt, but I can’t see it.

I’m having a problem with the Moodle app.

Where can I find the course rֻecordings?

Is there a question we haven’t answered? Send it to us via the form, and we’ll add it to the database!

It says I don’t have permission to view the course recordings.

The instructor gave me special viewing permission, but it’s not working.

The recording appears without sound.

There is no support for the Moodle app. Moodle can be accessed through any web browser.

First, we recommend trying the following three steps:
1. Clear your browser cookies.
2. Use a different browser — Chrome, Edge, or Firefox. 3. Log in using an incognito/private window.
If none of these steps work, please contact us.
If an error message appears, please send a full screenshot of the message.

If the block does not appear, it may be hidden. Click the grey half-circle with the arrow to expand it.

All available recordings will appear in the Panopto block on the left side of the course page.

If no recordings are available, the message “No completed recordings” will appear. If recordings are available, they will appear in blue.

If the instructor has stated that recordings are available but you cannot see them, please contact us.

If you received this message while trying to view a recording from previous years, please contact the course instructor from that year directly and request viewing permission.
If the recording belongs to a course you are currently enrolled in, refer the instructor to us.

You can join a class that is currently taking place on Zoom by clicking on the Zoom activity, which is usually located at the top of the course site.

Under the “Upcoming Meetings” tab, you can join the session by clicking “Join.”

You can find the course folder in Panopto by entering the course name or course number in the search box.

You can also view all recordings you have access to via the left-hand menu by clicking “Shared with me.”

If the link leads directly to the instructor’s Zoom cloud, the recording may have been deleted if it was not viewed for two weeks. In this case, in order for us to check whether the recording still exists in the cloud trash, the course instructor should contact us.

If the course title appears in grey and there is a red notice underneath it, the course instructor has not yet made the site available to students.

If the semester has already begun and the course site is still unavailable, please contact the course instructor directly.

Please refer the instructor to us.

On the “My Courses” page, make sure that the filter menu is set to “All (including removed from view)”.

If the course still does not appear, please contact the faculty administration to confirm that you are enrolled in the course. If you are enrolled but still cannot see the course, contact us.

First, check your computer’s volume settings and make sure everything is working properly. If the audio issue is part of the recording itself, report it to the instructor. Audio cannot be restored for recordings in which the microphone was not turned on or did not function properly.
Please contact the instructor and ask them to check the viewing permissions. If everything is set correctly on the instructor’s side, the instructor should contact us.

For issues related to email and passwords, please contact the IT Support Center of the Computing Division:
