Settlements

The invoice includes:

  • Total amount excluding and including VAT
  • Amount pre-settled: the amount automatically deducted from the customer’s.
  • Amount settled to balance (Invoice Compensation): the amount returned to the customer’s Mollie balance due to rounding differences.
  • Amount due: the amount the customer need to pay for this invoice.
  • Specification section: provides a breakdown of all costs, including turnover, fixed and variable rates, and total rounded amounts.

The settlements include:

  • The revenue
  • Deductions
  • Costs paid towards the customer.
The customer can use the information from their settlement report for bookkeeping purposes.
