Introduction
In this activity, you will be immersed in a business decision-making simulation. You are joining the executive team of a company at a critical stage of its strategic launch. Your mission is to complete a decision-based questionnaire made up of several realistic business scenarios. Each question represents a key strategic decision influenced by cognitive biases commonly observed in managerial and marketing decision-making. The objective is twofold: – To understand how cognitive biases influence business decisions and consumer behavior – To identify, analyze, and justify appropriate decisions in a real-world business context Game rule: If all answers in the questionnaire are correct, you will be appointed CEO of the company. If not, the company fails to achieve its strategic objectives and leadership must be reconsidered. The activity follows a sequential structure: each decision determines the next step in the journey. Think fast, but above all, think wisely.
