Views let you see the same data in multiple formats in Notion, pulled from a database. Click the "Next" button to see the different view types:

Board View
List View
Gallery View
Chart View

Table View
Displays data in a spreadsheet-like grid with rows and columns.
Best for:
Seeing multiple properties at once (due dates, status, assigned person).

Organizes items into columns based on a property, such as status or priority.
Best for:
To-do, doing, done (this is what most project views are set to with the task cards; the Project Aisle “By Student” view is set to this).

Displays items in a simple vertical list with some properties visible.
Best for:
Small tasks that don’t require a full grid view.

Shows entries as visual cards with images or page icons.
Best for:
Showing visual content (the Project Aisle “Current” view is set to this).

Visualizes database data as bar, line, or donut charts.
Best for:
Tracking trends, progress, or comparisons (such as tasks completed per week).
