  • It makes up more than half of our body weight.
  • Without it, a person can die in just a few days.
WHY water is blue?
  • Water is blue because it likes to reflect blue light.
  • The water absorbs the red, yellow, and green colors.
  • The blue color is easier to see when there is a lot of water.

  • Evaporation: seawater evaporates, forming clouds-condensation.
  • The wind carries the clouds to mountain peaks, and when it rains or snows, the water falls into rivers-precipitation until it reaches the sea.
