Invite Customers to Join the Portal
Send portal invitations to customers quickly and manage who receives them.
1. Log in to the portal. 2. The Customer Accounts page opens by default, showing registered customer accounts. 3. Toggle from Registered customers to Unregistered.
The list is sourced from the Name and Address tab in Customer Maintenance (Gold). Any updates to customer details must be made in Gold.

4. Use filters to locate the customer and click Invite next to their name from the Actions column. 5. A new window will open. In the Contact dropdown, select a dealership contact to send the invite, or choose Custom to manually enter an email address.

6. Click Invite. An email invitation will be sent to the selected contact to join the portal. 7. To disable or revoke a customer invite, toggle back to Registered customers, locate the customer, in the Actions column, select Disable or Revoke.
The Invite Status at the top of the screen shows how
many accounts are active, pending and available to invite.
