1. Log in to the portal. 2. Select Configuration from the navigation menu. 3. Select the Transactions tab.

You can configure the following options: 4. Default Transaction Types Control which transaction types customers can see by selecting the default options for all customer accounts. Unselected types will be hidden from customer view.

5. Transaction History Visibility Limit how far back customers can view their transaction history by selecting a time range from the dropdown menu. 6. Hidden Dispute Codes for Transactions Hide internal or sensitive dispute information from customers by selecting one or more dispute codes from the dropdown menu.

7. Transaction Table Columns Control which transaction details appear in the transactions table by selecting the columns to display. Invoice Date, Reference Number, and Download Total are always shown. 8. Select Save to apply your changes.
