All client facing teams use the Hub. - Concierges: When introducing themselves to a client, to easily make reference to previous Jacada trips, to ensure that it’s clear we are aware of their full Jacada travel history.
- Travel Designers (TDs): For repeat and referral business, and when supporting handovers for TDs on Annual Leave (AL).
- Ops: When completing ops checks and reconfirmations to ensure the smooth operation of client's trips.
- System owner: Alex C (Head of Service Excellence).

Client Continuity & Insight
- Tool designed by Jacada specifically to drive our repeat and referral business strategy.
- Creates the opportunity to deliver a continuity of experience across the entire client lifecycle- from 1st trip and beyond.
- TDs & Concierge: All interactions with clients through Dialpad and HubSpot flow into the Hub, which means that it is full of all the information our client-facing teams gather.
- Ops: Use the itinerary checker tool to help find critical logistical errors between supplier and Jacada itineraries and invoices.

- Direct data dependency: Jacada Hub draws all its information directly from HubSpot.
- It does not store independent data. It is purely a display of the information entered into the CRM.
- Development status: This tool is constantly in development. We are always refining it to better support our service strategy
