A l'école privée sous contrat avec l'Etat:art R442-39 du Code de l'Education: c'est le chef d'Etablissement qui assure la responsabilité de l'Etablissement et de la vie scolaire. La régulation peut être faite par le Règlement Intérieur et ne doit pas être discriminatoire pour une des croyances.

Les AMA doivent respecter les valeurs éducatives de la famille. Rien n'interdit les AMA de porter des signes religieux distinctifs.
