28-day prior contact
If you’ve contacted the vendor within 28 days before we sent the valuation request, we will review the referral fee with evidence (e.g. a CRM screenshot).
6-month validity
Our leads remain valid for 6 months from the point of referral, even if the vendor contacts your branch directly rather than through our contact forwarding service.
0.25% referral fee
When the property sells, GetAgent is due 0.25% + VAT of the final sale price.
