If you do not change your Main Core Process the SME network will not be able to adequately identify your expertise. Imagine a Pick SME or Super SME from another FC reaches out to you for Pick expertise, but you haven’t worked in that department for over 6 months… What if you were invited to a SME Workshop for Pick, but you are in Stow since a year?
