We're Here For You!
Mentors will work along side leadership to help new employees put into practice the foundations they learned in NHO while also adding some advance transactions/interactions. Colleagues in any location will be a great help to understanding the ins and outs of the location and its members. Leaders are there to help new employees be the best finanicial professional they can be with tools, resources, guidance and coaching.
After finishing the classroom portion of NHO, member serving employees will go out to their branches for some on the job learning with their team and a mentor. New employees will spend approximately 2 work weeks with their mentor. Some employees will mentor at their home location while others will get the opportunity to mentor at another location.
Next comes, The Origination Chamber!
Next step, The Maintenance Chamber!
It's highly recommended new employees complete The Maintenance Chamber path and have confidence in those skills before stepping into The Origination Chamber path. This path, also located in The Vault, is where employees will learn about opening new consumer accounts of all types!
Once comfortable in the foundations of your role, typically around day 30-40, your leader will discuss with you the next training steps and register you for The Maintenance Chamber path. Located in our Learning Management System (LMS), The Vault, The Maintenance Chamber path is where account maintenance concepts are learned.
