Introduction
We live in an era where project management is key to facing the challenges of a constantly changing business environment. Digitalization, globalization, and increasing market competitiveness demand professionals who are capable of planning, coordinating, and executing strategic initiatives, managing diverse resources, and leading teams toward the achievement of organizational goals. In this context, professionals in any organization need to develop Project Management Awareness, enabling them to integrate, understand, and apply best practices in planning, leadership, communication, and problem-solving to ensure successful and sustainable outcomes over time. Project Management Awareness encompasses everything from the preparation and oversight of complex initiatives to the implementation of agile and innovative methodologies aimed at maximizing delivered value. It involves cultivating a strategic mindset, understanding the risks and opportunities at each stage of a project, and leading with vision to drive business growth and competitiveness.
Introduction
This program arises from the need to support Site Managers at Hitachi Energy leaders and accompany them in their strategic development, enabling them to strengthen their competencies. To train them in managing complex projects, leading high-performance teams, and making effective decisions in dynamic and highly uncertain environments. It is an initiative designed to enhance their ability to plan, monitor, and control projects, as well as their skills in managing various stakeholders, optimizing available resources, and ensuring the delivery of value aligned with business objectives. Our purpose is to equip them with the tools and knowledge required to obtain the certification by developing their technical expertise in the areas of integration, scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and procurement, while also strengthening their interpersonal skills to lead effectively, manage conflicts, and deliver sustainable results. This process of re-skilling and up-skilling is essential to remain aligned with global best practices in project management, increase organizational maturity, and maximize the impact of every initiative.
