In philosophy workshops, participants work in groups to reflect on a topic and take part in discussion and debate. Themes may include emotions, cultural differences, citizenship.. In philosophy sport activities such as football, cooking, or dance, each participant is encouraged to reflect on this experience. For example, after a football match, participants discuss concepts such as rules, teamwork, fair play.

To develop psychosocial skills such as reflection, self-expression, argumentation, and discernmentTo encourage open-mindedness and a sense of community To promote access to sports and cultural activities

Objectives
To provide pupils a high-quality education and ensure optimal learning conditions by recruiting qualified teachers and offering well-equipped facilities
To ensure continuity in pupils’ education establishing both a primary and a secondary school on the same site.
To offer scolarships promoting access to education for children from vulnerable families. Half of the school’s pupils come from highly vulnerable backgrounds and pay no tuition fees, while the other half pay school fees.

Volunteer recruitment and management
The volunteer recruitment process consists of identifying needs, sharing calls for volunteers, selecting candidates, and onboarding them through the association’s values and missions, with ongoing support to ensure effective involvement.
The process involves identifying needs, reaching out to sponsors and donors, and securing financial or material support to fund our international actions, projects in France, and events.
