Assigning Managers

You can create a direct relation between two (or more users).Managers are designated by administrators. They have access to a dedicated dashboard to follow the progression of a set of selected users (named "My team's dashboard").

Assigning managers individuallly

From the "Users" tab of any group, you can access a learner profile. Clicking on the "..." you can manage the managers and managees of this learner.

Assigning managers in bulk

From the "Users" tab of any group, you can access the learners list. Click first on the ↓ to download the import template, then the ↑ to re-import it.

Click on the buttons

From here you can export your customers' details. Click on "Export managers/managees" to download the template.

Then fill carefully the csv file:

• On the left, the email of the managee
• On the right the email of the manager

By default you are in the "Managers" tab: from here, you can select the manager of this user. You can select several managers, and don't forget to click on "Confirm"!

The second tab is the "Managees" tab: from here, you can select the managees of this user. You can select several users, and don't forget to click on "Confirm"!
