Every Gardner Institute process advisor is committed to establishing an effective and collaborative working relationship with the institution's stakeholders, particularly the institution's project leads and liaisons. Project leads should plan to meet with the advisor early in the process to begin working on some of the initial tasks. The advisor will also set up frequent, recurring meetings throughout the process to offer just-in-time support as your task force moves through the work.
