What is the Direct Channel?
Your voice matters too: Direct Channel
It is a confidential mechanism available to Indra Group professionals and collaborators, as well as other third parties with legitimate interest, to report any interpretative doubts about the Code of Ethics and its regulations, and to immediately report any violation:
- Related to the mentioned Code of Ethics and its regulations.
- Within the EU, as provided by Law 2/2023 of February 20, regulating the protection of whistleblowers and anti-corruption measures.
- Serious or very serious criminal or administrative offenses, including those involving financial harm to Public Treasury and Social Security.
- Any other violations or irregularities reportable through internal company channels under applicable law.
