Find two pieces of equipment used in this part of the recipe:

Sift the flour and salt into a large mixing bowl. Add the yeast and stir it in. Measure the water into a jug and add the oil, then pour them into the bowl. Stir until everything comes together. Put the dough on a surface dusted with flour and needed for 10 minutes, or until it is smooth and springy.
