Initiation & Preparation
In December, the HRIS team kicks off by sending the list of eligible employees to HR teams. It's time to prepare your files!
The 'hot spot' selection
Beginning of January, identify your priorities: Use the 7 hot spot criteria to select the population that will be reviewed in your People Review session
Opening of sessions
Mid-January, your sessions are open in iHris!
Review & recalibration
The core of the process, structured exchanges between HR and managers to identify key talents, recalibrate/align on assessments, development priorities, and succession plans.
Closure & consolidation
End of sessions mid-April, the system locks. The HRIS team consolidates action plans and transmits them to the Units.
Implementation of the IDP
From strategy to action: Managers have until mid-May to inform their teams of the IDP adjustments and update iHris accordingly.
