Facilitating Change or Problem Solving

3-2-1 Ask volunteers to list 3 things they love about the program, 2 things they want to change/ improve, and 1 thing they want to eliminate. Review and disucss.

Assessing what needs to be change and getting input and buy-in on changes can be tricky. Try these strategies to get volunteers talking and make everyone feel heard!

Round Robin Idea Generation Facilitate a Round Robin activity that is collaborative and inclusive to all ideas/ opinions.
