As SPO is a highly collaborative platform, we intend to leverage the intranet creation phase to involve end users at a sufficiently advanced stage of the process enabling meaningful reflection while preserving flexibility for improvement.

This collaborative approach requires a limited yet highly valuable level of user involvement, focused on:

• defining needs for dedicated pages,
• organizing and maintaining libraries, and
• contributing to news and content creation.
