Quelle différence entre la décision d'orientation et l'affectation ?

Le conseil de classe du 3e trimestre formule une proposition d'orientation. Si celle-ci correspond au souhait de l'élève, la proposition d'orientation devient alors décision d'orientation. Cette décision, prise in fine par le chef d'établissement, compte tenu des résultats scolaires et des vœux de l'élève, porte sur : - le passage en 2de générale et technologique ; - le passage en 2de professionnelle ; - le passage en 1re année de CAP/CAP agricole. La phase d'affectation est la concrétisation de la décision d'orientation. Elle détermine l'établissement et la formation qui accueilleront chaque élève à la rentrée. Une fois affecté, l'élève peut procéder à son inscription administrative dans le lycée. La procédure informatisée Affelnet effectue un classement des candidatures pour chacune des formations et attribue aux élèves une place dans un établissement public. Les élèves non affectés à l'issue du 1er tour sont invités à contacter rapidement leur collège d'origine et/ou le CIO de leur secteur afin de trouver une solution. Un 2e voire un 3e tour sont organisés, en fonction des places vacantes pour affecter les élèves.

ELEMENTS DE LANGAGE

► Places vacantes Pour le tour principal, les places vacantes sont calculées à partir des capacités d’affectation nettes. Pour les tours suivants, elles sont calculées à partir des places laissées vacantes suite à la phase d’inscription consécutive au tour précédent.

►Taux de pression

Le taux de pression est un indicateur de tension sociale entre une offre de formation donnée et la demande des jeunes et des familles par rapport à cette offre dans un espace géographique (établissement, bassin, département, académie…) et pour une formation donnée. Le taux de pression d’une formation correspond au rapport du nombre de demandes et du nombre de places.

► Attractivité L’attractivité correspond au nombre de vœux 1 pour cette formation, indépendamment du nombre de places offertes. Elle nous renseigne sur l’engouement suscité par telle ou telle formation.

► Taux d’absorption Il s’agit d’un taux théorique qui nous renseigne, dans l’hypothèse où l’offre de formation correspondrait parfaitement à la demande, sur la capacité d’une zone géographique donnée à absorber les demandes. Taux d’absorption = nombre de capacités d’affectation / nombre de vœux 1 x 100

Taux de pression = nombre de vœux 1 / nombre de capacités d’affectation x 100

Un taux de pression de 100% correspond à 1 candidature pour 1 place.

Si des places restent disponibles après l'affectation des élèves du secteur, il peut être dérogé au critère géographique selon l'ordre de priorité suivant : - élève souffrant d'un handicap : la priorité est absolue - élève bénéficiant d'une prise en charge médicale importante à proximité de l'établissement demandé - élève boursier au mérite ou boursier sur critères sociaux - élève dont un frère ou une sœur est déjà scolarisé(e) dans l'établissement demandé - élève dont le domicile est situé en limite de secteur et proche de l'établissement souhaité - élève devant suivre un parcours scolaire particulier D'autres critères peuvent être pris en compte selon les spécificités académiques :l -es résultats scolaires (contrôle continu) -l'avis du chef d'établissement d'origine - l'avis du chef d'établissement d'accueil - un critère défini par l'académie

Cette application permet de recueillir les demandes des familles de poursuite dans une formation et un établissement et les autres informations prises en compte pour l'affectation en lycée, dans un objectif de mixité sociale, de transparence et d'équité. Dans le cadre de la réglementation fixée au niveau national, le directeur académique des services de l'Éducation nationale peut décider de prendre en compte plusieurs critères selon le type de formation : - le secteur géographique : les élèves ont une priorité pour l'affectation dans le lycée général et technologique de secteur en fonction de leur domicile. - Pour les lycées professionnels, le secteur est élargi et correspond le plus souvent à l'ensemble de l'académie.
