Constituez des équipes de 2. 3. Interviewez votre partenaire à partir de la liste des questions ci-contre puis dressez son profil client. 4. Créez le profil client sur canva ou Genially 5. Téléchargez votre travail et enregistrez le sur le mur collaboratif "Profil client en MRC3" de l'ent. 6. Comparons les profils client pour les mêmes produits. Que remarquons-nous ?
