Marc Luque as...
Why did I pick Marc Luque?
Marc Luque is one of the most favourites teachers for students, because of his charisma and how easy is to connect with him. His classes are interesting and fun, he makes it easy to learn. I picked him, not only because he's a spanish literature teacher and he teaches really well, I did because he could easily be this character with his passion about educating; This character loves what he does and follows his own rules, and he enjoys showing people the world from another perspective, and Marc Luque fits perfectly.

Mauro Delogu as...
Why did I pick Mauro?
Neil Perry is my favourite character because of his captivating development in this engaging film. Even if he wasn't one of the protagonists, I still think he's best one. His character shows you to follow your heart and whatever you do, you have to do it with passion. In the film his charismatic presence makes him stand out. He's also one of the guys that helps Tod Anderson (the shy guy), showing him how friendship feels like. Mauro is not like him at all, but I don't know why I felt like he could easily fit into Neil Perry character ( I also I think they are physically similar).

Tod Anderson
Hugo Carrasco as...
Why did I pick Hugo?
Tod Anderson is also a very well structured character, he has a shy and introverted aura surrounding him. He also has a internal problem with his peronality and throught this film he will learn a lot, overcoming little challenges that would help him in the future. Too many teenagers feel identified with him, because of the way he acts in this film, all the decisions he makes in the film and his cute and timid personality. Even thought Hugo isn't similar to Tod, I think I mostly picked him is because he looks a bit like him, and its almost the same reason why I picked Mauro for Neil.

Hèctor Ruíz as...
Why did I pick Hèctor?
Charlie Dalton has an important rol in here; as every film, there is this one character that makes the a big step, and he's this "one character". He's brave and he doesn't care much about things, but also he does nonsense things that would take consequensces in the future; but, even thougth, I would also add that he's kinda "the cool one" in the friend group with makes the dinamic more interesting as we see how all the character react to his actions. Hèctor does have a similarity on this behaviour, he's fearless and plucky. That's much it, because physically he doesn't look like him at all.

Juan Parada as...
Why did I pick Juan?
This character is know as a hopeless romantic, he's always behind a girl that has a boyfriend and has clearly told him she doesn't want anything with him. His role in this film is being the lover boy inside of his group, that means in the film the romance with Chris Noel (the girl he's in love with) would be side story inside the film. His character doesn't have a deep story or anything, his objective in the whole film is going out with Chris. I picked Juan because he's deeply in love with someone and I think he could feel identified with this character. And that's the only reason why I pick Juan, because he doesn't look like Knox at all.

The film begins showing a ceremony of a high school in USA to welcome a teacher called John Keating. Tod Anderson enters to his new room, and meets Neil Perry, after that Neil's friends come inside their room, showing the rest of the characters. Then Neils dad, a very strict man, talks with him just to tell him he should forget his dream of becoming an actor. After that his father forces him to become a doctor. Furthermore, John Keating will teach poetry to their students. The students, later, would find out that Mr.Keating was in the dead poets society of the school, and then some of them will decide to bring back the club doing the same traditions they used to do. After some classes, John motivates the students to live their own lifes and make them extraordinary ,with the sentence "carpe diem". Neil decides to audition as the protagonist in a teather play after getting motivated. After he got accepted he decides to invite all his friends. But somehow, his dad finds out. He still shows at the play, and his father came to see him. But at home he tells Neil he is going to the military school and then he's going to study to become a doctor. Neil kills himself making a scandal in the school. The students blame Mr. Keating to avoid beeing expelled. In the class the students meet their new literature teacher, but then John comes inside the class just to pick up his stuff. Tod, the shy guy, stands up in his table and tells John they blamed him because they were forced. Then everyone in the dead poets society stand up their tables and start saying: "oh capitan, my capitan" (that's how they used to call him) And John Keating leaves with a smile.
