Difficultés rencontrées et problématique
Constat après évaluation et constitution des groupes de niveau : Élèves avancés : manque de défis suffisants, progression limitée Élèves en difficulté : n'atteignent pas les attendus de fin d'année Domaines concernés : manipulation de phonèmes et composition des nombres Organisation : satisfaisante à court terme mais limites identifiées Problématique: Comment faire évoluer mes gestes professionnelles pour que tous atteignent les objectifs communs ? Dans un premier temps, je définirai les gestes professionnels de différenciation selon l'institution, les chercheurs et ma pratique. Ensuite, j'examinerai les attendus de fin de GS et les préconisations institutionnelles en matière de différenciation. J'axerai ma réflexion sur deux axes : Du pilotage constant au lâcher-prise : repenser le temps d’apprentissage et l'organisation des groupes de niveau (phonologie/mathématiques). Enfin, j'analyserai mes pratiques actuelles et mes perspectives d'évolution.
