J’adore écouter du rap parce que ça me motive et que les paroles me parlent. La musique m’aide à me concentrer, à me détendre ou à me mettre dans une bonne énergie selon les moments.
J’aime prendre soin de moi avec le sport et le bien-être. Le pilates me permet de me détendre, de renforcer mon corps et de me sentir plus calme et équilibrée au quotidien.
J’aime la photographie car ça me permet de capturer des moments importants et de remarquer les petits détails autour de moi. C’est une façon pour moi de garder des souvenirs et de m’exprimer autrement.
