Enter the name of the tab that will appear on the Instruments form, together with the name of the field in this form.Select the desired field type.

If necessary, define the values according to the chosen field type (text and drop-down list).Next, click on OK to confirm the creation of the custom field.

To define the tab’s location in relation to others custom fields, select the tab and then use the arrows on the right of the screen.
