Export Scheduler Data to Excel
Use the Excel export feature to generate detailed reports on engineer availability or job lists for better analysis and reporting.
1. In the top-right corner of the Scheduler screen, click the Export icon. 2. In the new pop-up window, select the Start and End Date you want the export to cover.
3. Choose whether to include unscheduled jobs by toggling Export Unscheduled Jobs (Job List Only) to Yes or No.

4. Choose your Export Type:
- Export Available Time: A report of all engineers' available time for the chosen date range.
- Export Jobs List: A report of all jobs within the chosen date range.
5. Once you’ve selected your criteria and export type, the data will be compiled and automatically imported into an Excel CSV file.
Note: This function does not consider any filters applied to the screen. For example, if the screen is filtered to show only one engineer, the exported report will include all engineers, not just the filtered one.
