Objectif : comprendre la structure d’un appel téléphonique professionnel et se présenter

Why are phone calls difficult? Do you prefer emails or phone calls? Why?

Phone calls are difficult because it's stressful. Because I like to speak with people (I'm sociable). Problems of misunderstanding : there can be problems of quality. Sometimes you dont know what to say and have no time to think. People can be rude.

I prefer emails because we have time to double check I prefer phone calls because it takes less time. It's faster We have more time to think of the right word.
