Enquire about a place in our Nursery via the online form on our website. This will also allow you to book onto one of our Friday Open Mornings (term-time only).
5. Place Outcome
Offers for full-time places will be made in mid-January. Offers for part-time will be made in mid-March. Once an offer has been made, there is a 3-week deadline to accept.The offer letter will contain a start date, direct debit forms, info on how we deliver funding, a list of required items and a parent declaration form.

Once logged in to the parent portal, here you will be able to find the parent handbook.
4. APPLICATION DEADLINE
Application deadlines vary depending on full and part-time places. For full-time places (5 school days or long days, 51 weeks, or term-time only), the deadline is early December for the following September. For part-time places, the deadline is the end of February for the following September.

Once you have accepted your place we will set you up with a parent portal account, our admissions team will notify you when key information for your child's entry point has been uploaded.
6. ACCEPTANCE
To accept an offer, there is a £200 nursery deposit and an acceptance form to complete.
8. first day
You will start receiving the Nursery Bmail every Friday. Invoices will start being added to your parent portal account, one month in arrears.
3. register
If, following your visit, you wish to register an application you will need to complete a Registration Form. This will ask for your session preferences, and you will also be required to arrange payment of the £90 registration fee (inclusive of VAT).

Join us for a Friday morning to discover life at Burgess Hill Nursery. To arrange an individual appointment, please complete our Enquiry Form.
7. GETTING READY
You will need to bring your child's passport or birth certificate to your first pre-start visit. During a pre-start visiit, the lead practitioner will also sit with you to complete some induction forms, and give you the opportunity to ask any remaining questions you may have.
3. electronic forms
Before your child joins Burgess Hill Nursery there will be some electronic forms to complete on your parent portal account. The admissions form, medical form, photography consent form, and a form for Tapestry
4. PRE-START
The Lead Practitioner will be in touch at least one month before your start date to arrange pre-start visits.
